Yes, but of course what we are looking for is the primer on advanced (and FTL) 
telecommunications that the Advanced Lifeform Intake and Education Nurturing 
Society is broadcasting via radiowaves for pickup by primitive civilizations.  
(Of 
course, since their probes started receiving "Survivor" broadcasts, this sector 
of 
the cosmos has been blacked out ...)
