26th Nov. "The notice was posted to jihadist forums today. IntelCenter, a U.S.-based group that monitor terrorist Web sites, said a video would be released within 72 hours. The SITE Intelligence Group writes that the message, produced by , As-Sahab, the multimedia arm of Al-Qaeda, urges Islamic militants to distribute the notice to Western sites to "convey to them the reality of losing their war and facing the reality of the unseen truth.""
