because 24/7x365 = 1251.43? :-)

btw, true marketing drone should write it as 60^2x24x7x4x28x30x31x365, 
which is long. so, in next round, he will rewrite it as 60^2x8n 
(numbers) or 10n and should call it 'quality management methodology'.
