Yes, that Wired headline is incorrect.  "Bust" is Chapter 7.  This is
Chapter 11, which gives a company the breathing room to restructure its
debt and financial situation.  It's not necessarily a bad thing.  It
could be what saves ZD.

Gotta say something I suppose.

Ziff Davis Media (not to be confused with all the other companies that
use "Ziff Davis" and "ZD" in their names) will file for chapter 11. It's
still operating and might very well come out of this OK. I'm still
writing for PCMag and they still pay me on time.
