Not to diverge from this point into politics, but it should be noted how successful Republican politicians have been in rewarding the military industrial complex & defense contractors with lucrative contracts, in every facet of the imagination. Everything from database development (hint, hint) to private security militias (e.g. Blackwater USA) to semi-hostile foreign governments in the feeble "War on Terror". And even the privately operated prison systems in the U.S. (a la the equally feeble "War on Drugs" fiasco). Also note that the U.S. imprisons more of it's population than any other country on Earth. Every time there is a "War on Foo", you can bet that (a) someone will make a fortune, and (b) the "War" will ultimately fail miserably. $.02, - - ferg -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP Desktop 9.6.3 (Build 3017) wj8DBQFIM7Ruq1pz9mNUZTMRAoW0AJkBWLxt8giCRzUeE2r0QClqdETqygCg8XCW 2j1QOqflXua8W05NVB5QgJg= =Rbqc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- "Fergie", a.k.a.
