Yep, it appears that it was made in 2007 before all of the recent controversy. Makes me wonder if someone was snooping around where they shouldn't have been. Birth certificates aren't public records in Hawaii according to one blogger.
BTW, this isn't a copy of the original birth certificate, but rather a certificate created from the Honolulu vital records database.
