Thats nothing, I've attempted to convince local IT admins they were at risk for
identity theft and their usual 'but I run Symantec' isn't going to matter one
bit.

At least your kid has an excuse (kinda), he still is a kid.  What do you say
about IT monkeys with years of industry experience?
