Sucks.

I seem to recall a similar issue in NYC back in the early 90's where a
storefront owner electrified his shop-front gate (or some such) to protect
against repeated theivery -- and eventually someone got electrocuted. I
can't find an reference right now, but I distinctly remember it.

Oh, yeah -- the shop owner got prosecuted for manslaughter, if I recall
correctly.
