I concur.  But -- as we've seen repeatedly -- [some] prosecutors are quite
willing to inflict injustice as long as their personal reputations don't
suffer for it.  It's not about doing the right thing -- it's all about
them, as exemplified by their inability to (1) call a press conference
(2) stand at the podium (3) publicly admit that they really, REALLY
screwed up and (4) publicly apologize for it.
