I would say the FTC has some hardworking, clueful people, who have been handed a whiffle ball bat and ordered to duel Darth Vader. Many of the people on this list have a larger anti-spam budget than the entire FTC. If they are to attempt to come close to enforcing CAN-SPAM the first thing I would suggest is a much larger budget. Its not a PEOPLE problem or an ATTITUDE problem, its a resource problem.
