Cialdini and associates have a new book "Yes!: 50 Scientifically Proven Ways to Be Persuasive" that I have found to be a great read. It is 50 chapters, 2 to 4 pages each in length, that examine various aspects of persuasion and why they work. The book is physically small, about the size of a paperback novel, so it is a quick read and idea for reading during a commute. If you liked "Influence", I think you will really like this one too. It's a lot more concise. Jon - -- Jon R. Kibler Chief Technical Officer Advanced Systems Engineering Technology, Inc.
