I think it really depends on where you are located. In Florida, it's outstanding. Then I hear from my brother in a different part of the country that it sucks.
AT&T has typically been the gold standard, but it's dammed expensive. Verizon and other CDMA/TDMA carriers are not an option for us, we need GSM. Funny, I have them for three personal lines and they all equally suck. Consistent dropped calls, even with full bars. Disconnected calls from the system regularly, as in daily. You can call a phone number and instead of getting who you dialed, you get a completely different phone on the other end. Receiving calls of the same. Their customer service, well, if you ever need a good laugh, just call them. They will tell you whatever you need to hear, and then not deliver on a single thing, except to promptly send you your bill. We used Verizon where I worked and they were flawless for us. That is where I intend to end up. > > Go figure. > > Alex > > > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] > On Behalf Of Paul Ferguson > Sent: Friday, March 27, 2009 11:26 PM > To: Richard Golodner > Cc: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [funsec] Hard Lesson Learned > > On Fri, Mar 27, 2009 at 7:33 PM, Richard Golodner > <[email protected]> wrote: > >> Jon Kibler said today: >> "T-Mobile sucks, and its customer service worse than sucks." >> Jon, you have learned a lesson most of us have dealt with >> already or are about to.
