I went through this article and there's not much information of use. 

Is this just one of those "we found really nasty spyware on a clerk's
computer", or is the article's angle to be believed?

The interesting thing is how both sides can point to the same WSJ
article to support their positions that "Chinese government directing
cyberattacks" [is/is-not] documented.
