As more recent, lightly armed, flexibly based, and ephemeral enemies have shown: sporadic offense against a static defender, with nothing to defend, can be very effective. When dealing in Cyberwar, where time and space are (mostly) irrelevant; it remains to be seen if the rules derived from the Napoleonic wars remain valid.
