That may save you for a while, as attackers will focus on Adobe due to the numerous vulnerabilities and incredible distribution. However, Foxit Reader is likely to be equally vulnerable. Researchers have already found vulnerabilities in it's JBIG2 handling, the same thing Adobe has been hammered on recently.
