I've long had sympathy with this notion, although I tend not to make the 
argument to hunters themselves, who tend to be depressingly heavily armed.

(I also find the "you've got to be able to feed yourself" theory suspect, since 
[sale 
days aside] I've never had all that much trouble at the local IGA.)

Over the years I've come to wonder if intelligence really has much survival 
value.

*That* would be a reality TV show I'd watch.  (Heck, I never watch TV anyway, 
but for *that* I'd be willing to connect the cable!)
