Here in california last week the police was chasing a car, somehow (on the span 
of minutes) they got onstar to shut it down.

Am trying to figure out the logistics. Did onstar believe when the police 
called, if so how, by looking at caller I'd ?
That's easily spoofed.

In addition since when can a civilian company do something without a warant ?

Just musing out loud.
