Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC),
their own dedicated Microsoft Research section and Dartmouth College, Hanover,
a new next-generation technology is being launched with the aim of tacking 
online child abuse imagery.

Using PhotoDNA, the system picks out images which are identical, even if they 
have been edited,
resized, cropped and edited in other ways, and logs them."
