Common sense is not common. Is it just me or are there others who are
amazed at how large agencies always try to cure the symptom instead of
the root cause?

The US government doesn't do small & efficient. Large & wasteful
enriches far more connected 'contributers'.. someone's going to make a
pretty penny filling all those full body scanner orders...
