In security we talk about "compliance" a lot: so much so that sometimes it 
seems 
as if compliance is a commodity you can buy by the bag.  This story hasn't got 
an 
awful lot to do with security, but I was struck by the repeated violations that 
one 
company had, and still remained in operation ...
