Some interesting points on modern consumer culture.  It's got some relation to 
security: we are in an age where perception is everything, and you have to tune 
your security to the particular work culture, avoiding not just *too* much 
inconvenience, but specific *types* of inconvenience that this specific group 
will 
not accept.
