Is Friday night a busy night for your potential audience? I'd find the
slowest period in the week and use that, whatever it is.
Your setup sounds very uncomplicated; you should be able to test-drive the
whole site on any PC running Personal Web Services, or some other webserver.
If it was me, and your site is how you say, with no CF, I'd keep all the
internal URL's relative, so no explicit location is named, and you should
then be able to upload the whole wad to your server with no hassles.
