You'll need to do the following:
1. Make sure you have the custom tags (<cf_bodycontent> and
<cf_formurl2ATTRIBUTES>) installed in the custom tags dir, or put them in in
the myapp dir. Download them from
http://www.fusebox.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=Taggallery
2. Unzip myapp.zip into your web server root.
3. Open up app_globals.cfm. You'll need to change the following VARs to suit
your environment:
<cfset dev_server = "http://mydev.server.com">
<cfset production_server = "http://www.myapp.com">
