Hmmm,

the fuseAction/circuitAction concept sounds like it would work. The
fuseAction would simply point at the appropriate circuitApplication, then
the circuit application would switch through the circuitAction.

I think this is a cleaner way of doing things. It further seperates the
"hub and spoke" architecture.

To further seperate things, I use a request.fuse.variableName scope and a
request.circuit.variableName scope for my variables as well. This helps
seperate what is a global variable and what is a local circuit variable.

Other ideas?

Joshua

Pat, do you mean that you are not using the variable name "fuseaction" but
another variable name for your nested fuseboxes?

Question regarding the dot notation method that was posted.
The Home application is going to use the listfirst always, and the Sub app
will use the the
listlast. Is this really that much different than calling the fuseaction in
the subs something
other than fuseaction?
I was using fuseactions in the Home Index.cfm and Circuitactions in the sub
Index.cfm. this is
really just a cleaner way of doing that. I am really thrilled that you guys
posted this... incase
you hadn't noticed.

Thanks again
