Are you using CFLocation? If so, try putting the target filename as part of
the URL: (i.e., INDEX.CFM)
http://www.mysite.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/subscription_edit_account/index.c
fm?CFID=1&CFTOKEN=71105297

I am using formurl2attributes and "search engine safe URLs". My problem is
that I am not sure how to deal with client tokens.
I keep ending up with URLs that look like:
http://www.mysite.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/subscription_edit_account/?CFID=1
&CFTOKEN=71105297
Obviously, this isn't working.
