Noticed that we were getting 400 errors when passing parameters where spaces
are present in the relocation url. This is not an issue for URLs in pages.
Guessed it was due to the space %20 marker. I noticed some people use the +
as a space indicator. Could somebody indicate to me where I can locate more
info on this?
