I thought about this as I was implementing the the system for my client... but took 
the easy way out... assuming the old General Motors/Microsoft adage... there's no 
substitute for cubic inches/MHZ.

It really is easier to just throw processing power at the problem!

Now, this is of interest... could be the best of both worlds... you could implement a 
solution which allows you to dynamically "change the dials" to range from no-dynamic 
to full-dynamic.

...Even gather stats so the system could tune itself.
