I do the update is a separate fuse action then cflocate to the page with
fuse action set to display
form <action="index.cfm?fuseAction="UpdateDB">
vv
update DB <cflocation url="index.cfm?fuseAction="displayform">
vv
form <action="index.cfm?fuseAction="UpdateDB">
then when you refresh you only see the form again.
