Who are you using now. I've been using Interland for the past 3 years with very few problems excepts for a major one with domain registrations. I now do my own registrations then order hosting from them. I had nothing but problems with them when we had a client that hosted with them about a year ago. Very slow to answer questions/fix problems and very difficult to find someone knowledgeable (i had to explain what a CF mapping was several times). Also, their servers would go down fairly regularly--which, for some reason, would cause all security info (password-protection on directories) to be erased...then i'd have the joy of fighting their tech support people to redo all the security.
