That does not work.

I think the problem is right on the delete attribute. If the value of that attribute 
is "No", then it works fine. If that is "yes", then the error occurs, says that it is 
not able to
delete the file because of the connection close. But I think the permision of 
accessing the file is denied.

To find out what the problem is: that is because of the bad code or because of 
something else, I copied the exact codes, put it in the other server; I changed the 
path of the file
attribute so that it is appropriate with the file in the new server. Then it worked 
fine.

So I am sure that the prblem is right on the server.

You asked me to change the path of the file is not the right way to do becasue the 
path of the file has to be the real and right one.
Taking out ".com" or "elaonline.com" then the path will be: 
c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MembersOnly\WhosWho\tempchoi\who599.tmp

Then the error comes out says: The file does not exists, or wrong path.
