If by specs you mean requirements, we are using Rational's RequisitePro
http://www.rational.com/products/reqpro/index.jsp , it's great for
documenting requirements for a software project.

With the importance of project spec's and planning (both with fusebox and
without), I was wondering what software people are using to create the
specifications. I have worked with anything from MS Powerpoint to
Macromedia Freehand, but it seems like there must be some software out there
to speed up and/or enhance the process. Any recommendations? Thanks in
