Hm. I shoulda scoped my statement, I guess. I'd say amongst ALL the
installations of CF out there, few are using db-based client vars. Amongst
those 'in the know', however, (i.e., anybody who subscribes to this list),
I'm sure there is a far higher percentage of db client var users.
[coolest thing about client vars? You can see, with your own eyes, when they
are GONE. None of this "It won't die!" stuff... You execute a
"DELETE blah from foo where CFID=xxx", and that's that...]
