A bug (although Allaire would probably say it's a fix) with cfhttp is
that if cfhttp.filecontent doesn't contain a valid or complete set of
headers, you will get an error that the content is not ascii text
(even though it is). There was no problem with this in 4.0x.
The workaround is to use the path and file attributes in the cfhttp
tag, read the file with cffile, then read the variable and delete the
file. More overhead to be sure, but it works.
