I'll second that...
Just to clarify:
If you don't have a fuseaction explicitly defined you'll get the default
fuseaction from app_locals (usually index)

But if a user (or the ab- type) modifies the URL, or has a bookmark defined
for a fuseaction which is later removed or ...
All of these will be caught by the CFDEFAULTCASE - so it's a security / code
health / debug addition.
