Steve Nelson and Craig Girard. An early-version e-copy will be included on
the Fusebox Dev Conf Attendee CD and MAY be available on Fusebox.org, but
prolly not, so you better sign up for the conf. The full print book will
available by the November Allaire Conf in DC.
