I think it is the 'logout=yes' in the URL causing the
client.returnfuseaction being cleaned (by act_logout.cfm) before being used
.... by now i solved the problem with a <CFLOCATION> in the <cfif
isdefined("attributes.logout") and attributes.logout and camefromhere> part
of the file
