I've not heard of one, but I can't really see a need for it since the decent
scanners are effectively live and therefore check any uploaded files etc.
If you're worried about people submitting VBscrips or suchlike via form
data, you can use server-side validation on the action template to check
values for the presence of symbols such as:
{}();%& etc.
