Anyone who did pay and did register for the conference is entitled to the
conference CD. Sean, and anyone else who couldn't make it, send your names
and any registration id you've got directly to Steve Nelson. He's got the
registration list. As soon as he confirms, he or I can send you the
conference CD.
You might also want to send him an address to mail it to. : )
