There's a lot to be said for working together to come up with some
standards. One whole aspect of Fusebox itself is to provide a standard for
interchance. I don't see why documentation is not a part of that. Like
Fusebox, everyone is still free to do things their own way, but there is
some general agreement on "standard" practices. 

Hal shouldn't have to do all the work on that, but it would be nice to see
some of the needs taken into account and some kind of form generally agreed
upon... it will make things that much better. And then those that do their
own thing can still do so, but those who want some kind of portability can
have that too.

I would like inline comments, for instance, in some regular form, just as
it is nice to have some agreement on symbols for variables. Those using my
code (or myself using someone else's) shouldn't have to spend too much time
learning the method of documentation if we don't have to.
