It really just means that some lawyers noticed that the Allaire brothers
happened to sell a bunch of stock before the market dropped. Milberg
West is hated by a ton of corporations because they look for slipups
like this and immediately sue, that's their entire business model. Even
Congress has it in for Bill Lerach.
