Brian, I'm new here, but maybe Russell didn't realize that the CD contains a
pre-release copy of a book that will be available for sale soon.
Just a thought. I don't think Russ was suggesting actual piracy. He was just
promoting, in his own way, the dispersal of information and knowledge.
