New to the Fusebox, but loving it so far.
Now, I've read the spec's, I've reverse-engineered the source of fusebox.org (thx for
a great learning tool!), I bought the T-shirt (nice!) - and now I want the book! We
keep hearing about this, the rosetta stone of orderly CF coding... but when and where
and how can we get our hands on it? I've checked Amazon and Fatbrain, they have no
mention of advance orders for the thing. Is this coming straight from the underground
press of Fusebox.org Publishing? If so, where do we place our orders?
