You can use the following code as a guide to change the submit button using
a graphic:
<input type="image" src="images/go1.gif" value="Submit" name="State Search"
border=0 width="22" height="22" alt="Search!">
As for the file form field, <input type="file" name="file" size="30">
Now, where's my 10 spot :P
