Hi. I'm glad you asked. We just finished putting together an updated version
of the e-book and we are making this one printable. I am confident it will
be up tonight or tomorrow morning, but I don't want to give you an exact
time for fear of "missing the deadline." Michael and I are right now having
a bit of a hard time balancing things, as Michael's grandmother just passed
away. We are also working on getting final changes to the printer, and that
has a very timely deadline.
As soon as the next version is up, we will let you all know.
