Yeah, but if it's centralized, why do you need to keep
track of time zones? If someone wants to go to the doc
at 1:00pm, then just sign them up for 1:00pm.
If you really need to track it, you can get something
to figure out the time zone given zip or country code
(I think several algorithms are out there, so don't
re-invent the wheel), and just store all appts in GMT.
