Sharing links is a good thing. Us suing them for writing a methodology with
our name on it while they are suing us for using their name is a bad thing.
I know that last sentence looks bad, but in court all you have to do is
prove that they are consultants and we're a community based methodology.
That being proved (and documented), the only real lawsuits would be in
either of us 'stepping' into each others areas of work, which is where the
trademark will come in.
I actually called them to try and keep this from turning into a war .
