How can they claim trademark infringement when Fusebox.org has been up and
running before that?  If anything, we have more of a case against them!

Steve, leave it lie until they push it legally.  Sniffing around the news
links
on their web site is fascinating history.  Until this year, the company was
called 12 Point Rule.  What were they doing in 1998, a month or so before
fusebox.org was registered?  Why, getting caught up in a domain name
prospecting jam over Monica's Story (sheesh!).  Here's the story:
