development firm, branded itself Fusebox Inc to better reflect the company's
expertise in creating innovative Internet-based solutions for clients
ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. The company also announced the
formation of Fusebox|Studios, a division which will be devoted to creating
interactive content for broadband delivery.
How can they claim trademark infringement when Fusebox.org has been up and
running before that? If anything, we have more of a case against them!

on their web site is fascinating history. Until this year, the company was
called 12 Point Rule. What were they doing in 1998, a month or so before
fusebox.org was registered? Why, getting caught up in a domain name
