Of course this is assuming that a fusebox member is doing the port scans.

I get scans all of the time, pretty much every day, on my NT and VMS
machines.

It's life in the Internet lane. If these guys thing that a fusebox member
is doing it and no one else could possibly be doing it, then I think that 
they are fairly naive...

My opinion anyway.
