It's defined in the "FormURL2Attributes.cfm" custom tag that is a part of
the Fusebox specification ...
I would either check out the tag or the readme.txt that it comes with for
more information. You can actually comment out the variable in the tag if
you think that sort of functionality creates too much weight on the server.
I use the output of that variable in a debugging footer that appears at the
bottom of all my pages.
