Within Windows you can capture the entire screen as a bitmap to the clipboard by 
pressing the PrintScreen key. You can capture the forward most window by holding down 
the ALT key and pressing Print Screen. Then simply Use something like Photoshop. 
Create a new, empty image, CTRL+V to paste the clipboard image and have at it from 
there.
